1. Pursuant to the provisions of the Telecommunications Law Act of 16 July 2004 (Journal of Laws 2004 No. 171 item 1800) The shop uses cookies.
2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, sent by a web server, which are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for using the Shop’s websites. Cookies contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. The default cookie sparameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained therein.
3. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
a) adapt the content of the Shop’s websites to the User’s preferences and optimize the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow the User’s device to be recognized and the website to be properly displayed, tailored to their individual needs;
b) analytical and statistical purposes (analysis of User behavior on the Shop’s website, marketing purposes, and to tailor content to individual Customer needs);
c) correct configuration of selected Shop functions, enabling, in particular, verification of the authenticity of the browser session;
d) maintaining the User’s session on the website.
4. In many cases, the software used to browse websites (internet browser) allows cookies to be stored on the User’s end device by default.
5. The User may independently and at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage or access by cookies to the User’s device. The User may change the settings referred to in the previous sentence using the settings of the software installed on the telecommunications terminal device used by him or by configuring the service. These settings may be changed, in particular, in a way resulting in blocking automatic cookies management in the browser settings, or informing about every instance of placing cookies on the user’s device. 6. The user may delete cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser they are using.
7. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Shop’s website. However, not accepting cookies may cause difficulties in using the Shop. By using a browser whose settings allow cookies to be saved on a computer or other device, the User consents to the storage of the above files on that computer or other device.
